I have been involved in Alexander Technique for the past six years. I belong to a leading professional body S.T.A.T (Website). I have had 3 and a half years of full time training and take part in continual professional training and development for 30 hours per year.
I am available to teach Alexander technique lessons in the comfort of your own home and will travel within a 20 mile radius of Easingwold.
When space allows you may join our group session at Husthwaite Village hall on Saturday and Wednesday Mornings.
